Ms. Haupt serves both landlords and tenants of commercial and residential properties.

She provides advice on drafting contracts and all other legal issues, such as terminations, evictions, rent increases, rent collection and claims due to defects. She is also practicing in all other areas of real estate law. Her clients include property managers and homeowners` associations as well.

Another main practice area of Ms. Haupt is general contract law, such as giving advice in connection with sales contracts and collections.

Besides she also serves clients in the area of traffic law.

2012 Ms. Haupt joined Müller-Hof | Rechtsanwälte in Karlsruhe and is actively practicing since then.
